Cooler weather means comfort food.

Smoked Meatloaf: thick slabs sliced-to-order, specially seasoned and studded with diced onions, green peppers, then smoked low and slow. Then served with chipotle ketchup. And, if you'd like, we’ll glaze it with extra drippings too.

Granny's Sweet Potato Mash: get even more comfortable with our a family favorite. Baked to perfection, caramelizing all its natural sugars, then mashed with fresh creamy butter, molasses, and brown sugar. It doesn’t get any better than this, but we improved perfection anyway with a dusting of cinnamon graham crackers crumbled on top.

Caramel Apple Cobbler: finally, what’s Autumn without an awesome caramel apple? Only, we took the stick out and added a flavorful crust. Now this comforting, Granny Smith apples sautéed with cinnamon sugar and nutmeg, baked with dollops of our own homemade batter that makes pudding-like spoonfuls inside and brown, crispy crust outside. THEN, it’s covered—nothing stingy here—with warm, gooey caramel dripping with satisfaction.
