Smoked Meatloaf: You’ll smell the smoky satisfaction as soon as you walk in. Thick, meaty slabs sliced to order. Specially seasoned, studded with diced onions, and tender green peppers. Then smoked low and slow to perfection. Served with chipotle ketchup, we’ll also glaze it with extra drippings if you like.

Granny’s Sweet Potato Mash: Why wait til Thanksgiving for this gratifying perfection? We bake them just right so their natural sugars carmelize. Then mash the sweet results with fresh creamy butter, molasses and brown sugar — PLUS a dusting of cinnamon graham crackers crumbled on top. As Granny says, “Eat! 

Caramel Apple Cobbler: Remember caramel apples at Halloween? No costume needed here, just an appetite for melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Freshly-ripe Granny Smith apples sautéed with cinnamon sugar and nutmeg. Baked brown and crispy outside, pudding perfect inside. THEN covered with warm, gooey caramel. A real treat!
