Our Story

It’s about America the beautiful. And the delicious. And the people who make it great.

From Texas to Kansas City, the Carolinas to St. Louis, and all the tasty local joints on back roads nationwide, we set out to master America’s greatest contribution to culinary arts: BBQ! We grilled the Grill-Masters. Learned their secret sauces. Sampled their best again and again. (That’s called research.) Then brought it all home to share.

Mission BBQ is especially proud to serve those who serve. Our respect goes out to every military member, firefighter, police officer and first responder. Some of the proceeds from your lunch or dinner may be helping out with important fundraising and community support. We’re also eager to share our best with service organizations, local sporting teams and more.

This is YOUR place, so feel at home. And don’t be shy to ask about our tributes on the walls and tables around you. They’re all one-of-a-kind—not reproductions—and many were personally given to us by the bravest, finest, most patriotic Americans we’ve ever met.

We also encourage you to join us for our daily salute to the flag: Every day, at exactly 12 noon, the entire restaurant stops to honor Old Glory during our national anthem. It’s just our way. The American Way.
