Delivery and Set-Up

Just say where, we will be there.

Whether it’s to your reception hall or conference room, barracks or backyard, our team will mobilize and make it happen. We will bring everything you need. We’ll get you set up, show you the best way to serve guests and make sure you’re fully stocked. Chafing sets, Sternos, serving utensils and more. And, when your successful event is over, we can help with the breakdown, too. Just ask.

Staffed events and deliveries are subject to additional charges.

Need a hand to make sure everything goes smoothly? Count on us. MISSION BBQ’s highly trained catering crew is especially helpful for large parties. We’ll refill your buffet, restock supplies and make sure no one goes hungry.

And if it’s a really big blowout, ask us to fire up BAMBAM — our MISSION BBQ truck that’s ready to wow your crowd right on-site. We’ll take care of the details so you can take time to enjoy yourself. As always, Our Mission is to SERVE.

$35/hour**

Please allow 2 hours for set-up and breakdown.

Also includes: Chafing dishes, table linen (if your event is being staffed), plastic plateware and cutlery. BAMBAM truck appearance—available to large parties.
