Reheating Instructions
Every oven is different, regular, convection, etc. Here are the approximate times to reheat in our ovens at home.
Holiday Proteins
Smoked Glazed 1/2 Spiral Ham – Warming Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 275º F. For best results, allow the ham to sit out at room temperature one hour before warming in the oven.
- Open the oven bag and add a 1/4 Cup of water to help prevent the ham from being too dry.
- Close the oven bag after adding the water to the ham.
- Place the oven bag wrapped Ham FLAT / FACE-SIDE DOWN into a roasting pan (you can use the aluminum pan we packed your Ham in), and place in a 275º F oven.
- Warm Ham at 275º F for approximately 15 – 25 minutes per lb. (Every oven is different, regular, convection, etc.)
- Check the internal temperature. Continue to reheat until reaching the desired temperature of 120ºF.
- Remove Ham from the oven and let it stand, covered, for about 15 minutes before serving.
- The Brown Sugar Honey Glaze can be served either over the ham between the slices, or on the side for dipping.
