We are currently hiring Area Director of Operations, a vital member of the Senior Servant Heart Leadership Team of MISSION BBQ and plays a crucial role in the success of Our Brand. The Area Director of Operations enthusiastically “Leads by Example” in personally embracing Our Mission, embodying Our Why with a Servant’s Heart, exemplifying Our Values, executing Our Model and is driven to attain Our Goal. The Area Director of Operations will establish and grow a positive culture, reputation, goodwill of Our Brand within their area with all of Our People – Our Teammates, Our Customers, Our Community and Our Country. Area Director of Operations responsibilities include:

• Recruit and select the restaurant leadership to ensure a team of Great People
• Train and develop through proper coaching and teaching
