We are currently hiring Kitchen Managers / Kitchen Servant Heart Leaders. The role of the Kitchen Servant Heart Leader is to fulfill our commitments and execute our Great Food Fundamental Disciplines. As a member of the Leadership team, the Kitchen Servant Heart Leader sets the pace of the shift, while coaching and teaching Our Teammates in the Heart of the House.

Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Servant Heart Leader responsibilities include

• Managing our menu so we always have fresh product without running out.
• Thorough line checks
• Train and develop through proper coaching and teaching
