We are currently hiring Regional Directors of Operations. The Regional Director of Operations is a vital member of the Senior Servant Heart Leadership Team of MISSION BBQ and plays a crucial role in the success of Our Brand. The RDoO enthusiastically “Leads by Example” in personally embracing Our Mission, embodying Our Why with a Servant’s Heart, exemplifying Our Values, executing Our Model and is driven to attain Our Goal. The Regional Director of Operations role is to establish and grow a positive culture, reputation, goodwill of Our Brand within their region with all of Our People – Our Teammates, Our Customers, Our Community and Our Country.

Regional Director of Operations Responsibilities Include:

• Provides guidance for the Area Director of Operations in their region
• Strategic planning for staffing and growth
