“Mike is one of the most genuinely impactful people I have ever known,” said Grace about her friend and mentor. Mike leads by listening. He puts Our People first and makes an impact because he genuinely cares. “He just has this way of making them feel heard, even in difficult and awkward conversations. I feel like I can always go to him in any situation I have because I don’t ever feel like he’s going to make me feel wrong about it or feel silly,” added Grace. “I’m so lucky to have him as a coach and as a teacher.”
