Tavon is consistently putting the needs of his Teammates above his own. From supporting them in a time of loss to driving an hour each way to give a ride to work, Tavon’s actions show his team that he has their back. It’s exactly as his mother taught him. “I got my servant’s heart from my mother. She is still spreading love and encouragement and to cherish each moment that you have with everyone,” Tavon said. “She told me to utilize my moments with everybody to teach, to uplift, to encourage.” He has certainly been doing just that.
