Her commitment and devotion to military personnel, especially World War II Veterans, is nothing short of extraordinary,” said Brian Toony about Richmond, Virginia’s Community Ambassador, Marjie. She developed a relationship with Brian and his WWII Submarine Veteran uncle while taking care of them in the restaurant. When Brian’s uncle passed away, Marjie was there to serve and support their family.
