The Area Director of Operations (ADoO) is a vital member of the Senior Servant Heart Leadership Team of MISSION BBQ and plays a crucial role in the success of Our Brand. The ADoO enthusiastically “Leads by Example” in personally embracing Our Mission, embodying Our Why with a Servant’s Heart, exemplifying Our Values, executing Our Model and is driven to attain Our Goal. The ADoO role is to establish and grow a positive culture, reputation, goodwill of Our Brand within their area with all of Our People – Our Teammates, Our Customers, Our Community and Our Country.

Area Director of Operations Responsibility’s Include:

  • Recruit and select the restaurant leadership to ensure a team of great people
  • Train and develop through proper coaching and teaching
  • Give authentic praise and thank you

You are “The Soldier” that is willing to go the Extra Mile to help the Team ensure a successful event for Our Catering Customers. Your friendly personality, heart for hospitality, attentive and organized nature, caring and courteous actions and Extra Mile WOW Service ensures Our Customer’s events are a complete success.

You play a very important role at MISSION BBQ. You are “The First Responders to the First Responders”.  You belong to a Team that makes a positive difference in the lives of Our People. The Community Ambassador (CA) is “an accredited diplomat sent by MISSION BBQ as an official representative into Our Community.” As the “Bridge between Our Teammates and Our Community,” your ability to build and sustain Loyal, Long Term Relationships with Our Heroes, on food drops, at community events or in our dining room, is an important and positive contribution to all of Our Great People’s Day.

Community Ambassador Responsibilities Include:

  • Weekly Food Drops to Our Uniformed American Heroes
  • Genuinely Engage with Our Community and build Long Term Loyal Relationships
  • Maintain an Active Presence in our restaurants as a Dining Room Leader.
  • Accurately prepare and submit monthly reports on time
  • Light administrative duties: data entry, emails and phone calls
  • Attend and participate in monthly meetings and conference calls

The General Manger (GM) is leading member of the Servant Heart Leadership Team of MISSION BBQ.  You are the “Mayor” of the Restaurant to Our Customers and plays a crucial role in the success of Our Brand. The GM enthusiastically “Leads by Example” in personally embracing Our Mission, embodying Our Why with a Servant’s Heart, exemplifying Our Values, executing Our Model and is driven to attain Our Goal. The GM’s role is to build a team of Great People, establish and grow a positive culture, reputation, goodwill of Our Brand within their community with all of Our People – Our Teammates, Our Customers, Our Community and Our Country.

The General Manager Reconciliations Include

  • Clear and Consistent Communication to all teammates
  • Train and develop through proper coaching and teaching
  • Give authentic praise and thank you

You play a very important role at MISSION BBQ. The role of the Kitchen Servant Heart Leader (KSHL) is to fulfill our commitments and execute our GF Fundamental Disciplines. As a member of the Leadership team, the KSHL sets the pace of the shift, while coaching and teaching Our Teammates in the Heart of the House.

Your main responsibilities each day are thorough line checks, managing our menu so we always have fresh product without running out, and coaching and teaching Our Teammates!

The Regional Director of Operations (RDoO) is a vital member of the Senior Servant Heart Leadership Team of MISSION BBQ and plays a crucial role in the success of Our Brand. The RDoO enthusiastically “Leads by Example” in personally embracing Our Mission, embodying Our Why with a Servant’s Heart, exemplifying Our Values, executing Our Model and is driven to attain Our Goal. The RDoO role is to establish and grow a positive culture, reputation, goodwill of Our Brand within their region with all of Our People – Our Teammates, Our Customers, Our Community and Our Country.

Regional Director of Operations Responsibility’s Include:

  • Prides guidance for the Area Director of Operations
  • Strategic planning for staffing and growth
  • Give authentic praise and thank you

You play a very important and valuable role at MISSION BBQ. You belong to a Leadership Team that makes a positive difference in the lives of Our People. You are “The Expert” for Our Customers. Your knowledge and ability to build Loyal, Long Term Relationships will help to grow Our Brand. The SHL enthusiastically “Leads by Example” in personally embracing Our Mission, embodying Our Why with a Servant’s Heart, exemplifying Our Values, executing Our Model and is driven to attain Our Goal. The SHL’s role is to coach and teach today to create a better tomorrow for Our People.
