And so another Veteran’s Day was duly commemorated at Mission BBQ.

Although we’re grateful every day to veterans past and present — so that we might have a future — today was especially gratifying. Our humbled team was honored to have all branches, representing all conflicts, gathered as one with us.

We would like to also thank everyone who made the moment memorable, especially all those who chose to support us back when our restaurant was just a patriotic idea. Special appreciation is also due to the famously talented team at Charm City Cakes who created our tribute dessert inspired by the Iwo Jima Memorial.  (Mary Alice & Geoff, your artistry is delicious!)

We look forward to many more such celebrations, and will never forget that all of us live in the land of the free BECAUSE of the brave. Thank you Veterans, everywhere!
