After traveling our great country in search of the nation’s best BBQ, we felt inspired to bring this great food home. Especially for those who protect us all, the hard-workers who get it done every day, the home teams we cheer for, and of course, family and friends. Our mission is to serve you the most authentic, mouth-watering all-American food that’s done right.
Giving Back
Our young men and women in uniform. Veterans who served with honor. Our local Police, Firefighters and First Responders who make Our Community a better place to live. They’re the people we respect most of all, so MISSION BBQ tries to give back in return. From fundraisers to service projects, we have your back, donating over $47,000,000 supporting vital charities since opening our doors in 2011.
A Servant's Heart
“Everything she does is in service of her team, in service of her people and you can honestly and truly feel that every single day that you work a shift with her,” said Dominik about Rome. As a Pitmaster, Rome’s focus is in the kitchen in Port St. Lucie, Florida but her passion for taking care of Our People extends far beyond the Heart of the House. Rome has a talent for building relationships with all of Our People. “How she interacts with Customers, it’s like watching magic happen in the dining room. She builds relationships. You’re her best friend as soon as she starts talking,” added Area Director, Kyle.
Stories of Service
FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller was already off work when he heard news of the 9/11 terrorist attack. He immediately headed back to his fire station to get his gear and drove toward Manhattan but was stopped at the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel which was closed for security reasons. Stephen strapped his 60 lbs of gear onto his back and ran 1.7 miles through that tunnel toward the towers. His heroic actions on that day inspired his family into action. Today, Tunnel to Towers Foundation has numerous programs supporting first responder and military heroes and the families who stand with them.
